TITLE: Bring-a-mate to get 20% off a Tour

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Please note that the 20% discount cannot be used to cover your non-refundable booking fee. Discount only applied to remaining cost.
2) If the available tour dates are not suitable to you, please contact us to arrange a custom tour on a date prior to 31st December 2016 and you will still be able to claim your 20% discount.
3) Maximum of one 20% discount per booking.
4) Discount is only valid for the main booking rider.
5) We may limit the number of people with discounts applied on a tour if required.

TITLE: Canada 2018 Tour

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Please note that The Company general Terms and Conditions apply including any stated/listed by any other company/business which is utilised during these tours. Notice may or may not be provided of these changes however efforts will be made in attempting to provide notice. It remains the responsibility of any individual, business or company to ensure they are aware of the current Terms and Conditions by regularly reviewing them.
2) Prices and monetary figures shown throughout any advertising may change and become cheaper or more expensive at any time for which The Company cannot be held liable. Changes to prices may be influenced depending on but not limited to Currency Exchange rates and changes in flights in any way (eg. delays/cancellations/excess luggage to that already included).
3) Payments in conjunction with The Company general Terms and Conditions will follow these modified timelines.
- 50% Deposit of Tour Booking (approx. $1,360) required by no later than 6th July 2018
- Balance of Tour Booking required by no later than 3rd August 2018
- Airfare Booking Payments will be based on conditions set by Airline booking provider (estimated payments required no later than July 30th 2018). Communication to all tour participants will be sent once confirmed rider details and booking numbers.
4) Refunds and Cancellations are calculated based on amounts currently paid and of what items that those funds were allocated to.
- Tour only funds – 91+ days will refund all -- 90-46 days will refund 50% -- 45-31 days will refund 40% -- 30-0 days no refund. These refund amounts exclude a non-refundable 15% of any monies paid.
- Airfare only funds – These will be calculated based on the conditions set by the Airline booking provider and The Company will not be liable in any way in relation to these.
5) These tour are limited numbers/riders which may change at any time without prior notice of which The Company cannot be held liable for. All efforts are made to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome is achieved if circumstances change that may or may not be within control of The Company.
